It supports skins, change and recall of tempo, volume, key control, mute/solo instruments, and much more.

It will also load, notate, and play standard MIDI files. The player will load and play files created by registered users of the NoteWorthy Composer program. NoteWorthy Player v1.0 is a freeware MIDI File Player for Windows that plays NoteWorthy Composer song files (.NWC) as well as Standard MIDI files.Visit their homepage to get additional information about these and other MOTU products. If, of course, you desire a more 'high-end' application, then their ' Performer ' or 'Digital Performer' sequencers are your best choice. For those who want a simple program that is easy to use and extremely flexible, their ' Freestyle ' program is the way to go.

Speaking purely from experience, I highly recommend Mark of the Unicorn 's MIDI sequencing software.You can use one of following MIDI sound generators connected to the modem or printer port of your Macintosh: QuickTime2.0 or later with QuickTime Musical Instruments Apple MIDI Manager and a compatible sound device Open Music System 2.0 or later and a compatible sound device.
